Changing Mail Server

We’re a small office (30 users) and all of our mail is on one Domino Server. I created a new user called “Postmaster” to receive Alert messages (thousands per day) from our WebShield. I would like to move this mailbox to another server. Is it as simple as this:

Create replica on the server I want to move the mailbox to → change the mailserver in Postmaster’s person document to the new server?

Provided that other server is a Domino server, yes. Before doing though, stop the Router task, move the file, change the Person Doc, then start the Router.

Thanks, Gregg! Can I prevent it from replicating back to it’s original location?

Subject: It’s all automated using the Domino Administration Client

Open up Domino Admin client, go to the People and Groups tab, select the user, and from the Tools on the right, choose People - Move to Another Server.

Thanks, Alan. Sounds easy enough! And since moving it won’t leave a copy on it’s current server, it won’t replicate. Am I correct?
