I searched the forum but didn’t find anything specific to a confirmed solution for modifying the somewhat blackbox of the File Upload control. We have a CSS that we use for buttons and we have standards such that all buttons appear with the same font and background color. When I apply the CSS class to the File Upload control, it changes the background of the input field itself, not the button portion. Has anyone successfully modified the button itself?
Subject: Changing button attributes in File Upload Control
It’s not possible. One idea is to wrpa that fileupload in a div and apply style to that div. But it’ll cause other problems though (with tabbing and/or click on browse button, different browsers etc.).
Train users, instead of doing it.
