Is it possible for me to change the Name of a document attachment? I cant find a way to do it …

You would have to detach it, remove it, rename the file, and reattach it.

If you want to do it programmatically, you can use LotusScript to detach the file, change it’s name and attach it again. You can also use DXL classes to avoid saving the file to disk. You export the whole document to in-memory DXL, then parse the XML to locate the position of the file’s data, modify the file name and import the XML/DXL back to the Notes document.
