I’ve tried adding on ?changepassword to the end of a url to allow the user to change their password.
here’s what is happening:
I add ?changepassword to the url and press enter.
I see the change password box come up.
I enter the old password and the new twice and click ok.
HTTP Web Server: Lotus Notes Exception - Unable to find path to server - comes up and the http password isn’t changed.
My administration skills aren’t strong.
I have a production server with R5 and a development server with R6. I’m trying the ?changepassword on the R6 server.
Any suggestions on how to get this to work?
Thanks for your help!

Subject: ?changepassword not working
I don’t know alot about this, but the only way I got the ?ChangePassword to work was to use the names.nsf like this.
https://webmail.ourdomain.com/names.nsf?Changepassword
No space betwen .nsf and the ?
I hope this helps.

Subject: RE: ?changepassword not working
Hi,
I too have a similar problem !!!
I used the ?ChangePassword along with names.nsf, but I found that the old password as well as the new password allows me to login.
(In fact I changed the password twice and now I can Login with three passwords ).
I am sure I am making some basic mistake !!
Can anybody guide me regarding this ??
regards,
Kevin
