I have an application that’s doing something very odd:
I have views that can be accessed by clicking on the Column Header in other Views using the “Change to View” option. When you click on the Header on some views you get the Error Message:
“Server Error: Entry not found in Index”
The fault does not occur in my Dev Server, only my UAT and Pre-Production Servers. They DEFINATELY have the same versions of the same design elements, I checked the last modified dates. But when i go in to the design element in UAT / Pre-Production the contents of the “View to Open” field on the 2nd Tab of Column Properties is blank.
I have checked the name of the View - it matches.
I have checked the user can access the view - they can.
I have an outline that links directly to the view - this works ok
There are no design elements with the same alias.
Has anyone seen this before?
