I’ve been planning to change our users to roaming users. I still have few things to figure out before I can do this. If some one can point me to the right direction I would be most grateful.
Now we have our user Notes Data directories in a server share(Including user.id) and the users are not roaming users. If change the users to roaming where should I put the users ID file so that it’s accessible to all workstations?

Subject: The .id file would be kept in the personal address book of the roaming user by virtue of them being roaming

There is an option to enable storage of the ID file in the user’s PNAB. You would have to select it when you upgrade the users to roaming:
You may want to consider the consequences of having the ID in the roaming profile. Do you have your Domino server open to the internet on 1352?
