I have created a team room using the StdR7TeamRoom template for one of our departments. If someone incorrectly closes/completes an action item, there seems to be no way to re-open it.
Does anyone know of a way to change the status back to open?

On Release 7 there’s an agent called “MarkOpen”.
I changed it to “Choose it from the Action-Menue” with target “All marked documents” (I use another language than english so maybe it’s a bad translation… - sorry!).
That work’s for me.
