For security i would like to change password for all client lotus notes, what is the best solution to do this.
I don’t know the password of the user, it is possible for me if the user lost it to reset the password lotus notes ? what is the command to do ? for reset it ?

Enable password recovery option if it is not enabled in your server. To my knowledge there is no manual recovery of password except deleting and creating person document from the notes domino directory.

Password recovery is indeed the way to recover the password on a lotus notes if file. Deleting the person doc is a drastic way to do also, but the problem is that if the person had acces to more than one database!!!
Another second step you can take is get a original copy from a backup or stored on a network drive (secured of course).
Always use the ‘deleting person doc’ as a last option.
