How can I configure my Internet mail address as default “reply-To” address? My Notes name is not Internet compatible.

If you are sending mail to the internet, then your admin should have configured the server to construct an appropriate sentby address automatically. Any replyto address you specify in the delivery options of a single message will be honored when sending mail to the web, but there’s no way (that I know of) to set a replyto addy as a global default for all new memos.

As point out in another response, this should be taken care of at the server level, users should not have to worry about formatting of addresses. However, you can at anytime change to reply to address in the “Advanced” tab of the Delivery Options dialog box.

I use the notes client as a standalone mail solution. So there is no domino server involved. I know that I can send the reply-to address manually but I want to have it pointing to my internet account as default. I have my internet mail address in my location document, but this does not help. I know it works somehow, but …

File > Preferences > Location PreferencesBasic tab, Internet mail address
And by configuring multiple location documents you can have different “from” addresses (and by default reply)
