Hi;hope to get a bit of help. We have a mail database called “mkt”. We want a “new memo” composition to be from mkt as well instead of the person sending the mail.
How is this done.

You will need to create an ID called MKT.
The mail will have to be created from a Agent that is signed by that ID.
There is no way to “spoof” mail in Notes, although you can use the Principle Principal field to indicate that the mail is being sent on behalf of someone else. The From address will always be that of the user (or agent) that sends it though.

Isn’t it beter to create this database as a ‘mail-in’ database?Then the name of the database stays intact but it will take the name of the user whom is logged in.
