I need to generate a report for mail files of all users that has no user activities for more than 90 days. the report is based on user details on db properties.
It worked well until last month I found most users’ mail file only contains one month’s activities.
Could someone tell me if there’s way to let mail file user activities holding longer period, say like 90 days?
