Hello,I have a problem with one user who after logging into INotes then Preferences>Security can not change the Internet password. The Change Internet Password option is grayed out. Other users are ok just this one, anyone got any ideas please?

What version of Domino are you running, and is this person on the same policy as the others?
This may have to do with the Security settings policy. If you look at the policy in Security Settings → Password Management → Password Management Basics, Allow Users to Change Internet Password over HTTP should be No.
