Change in Preferences

Dear All,

I am facing a problem in the Preferences.

When I change the mail template to Inotes Template, Preferences is also changed as

Sethu Raman/OU/O/0-91 instead of Sethuraman/OU/O/91.

This happens whenever I change the template to Inotes.

Due to his whenever a sender replies the mail with history, 2 names are occuring.

To: Sethu Raman/OU/O/O-91

Cc: Sethu Raman/OU/O/91

Is there any setting to avoid this kind of error.

Kinldy help me in this regard.

what does 91 represent? Organizational certifiers cannot be 2 characters. Any 2 characters appearing at the end of a certifier would represent a country code. I’m not sure that the country code portion supports the use of numbers since all country codes are letters as indicated in the admin guide appendix.

Hi Paul,

Thanks for your response.

91 represents the country code. Do the country code supports in Web Mail Access.
