We are currently recertifying users and servers, changing the name of the organization (eg, from User / ACME and Server / ACME to User / ACMENew and Server / ACMENew).
Our servers are on version 8.5.2, and Lotus Notes clients in Version 5.0.11, except some that are at R6 and R8 version. (There are more than 2500 users in version R5.0.11)
when users accessing recertified with R6 or later version, the process works OK, lotus notes to enter after the recertification, are automatically accepted the new organization.
when users accessing recertified with version 5.0.11, the Lotus Notes client should show a confirmation message to ascertain the recertification. The problem is that this message never appears, so the recertification process is in the middle.
