I would like to change the disclaimer text configured into policy document to append diferent text depend on user, for example like a name, telephone, etc.
someoune know if it is possible ?

Hi Josep,
I’m not too Agent/Code Savvy. The only thing I can think of is to use an Explicit Policy and a Signature in combination with one another.
Using an Explicit policy, you can create a Mail Setting and go to Mail–>Message Disclaimers and change the Disclaimer so that it is tailored as you like for users. Once that is done, you can apply the Explicit policy to the User(s) you would like.
After that, you can have your users create Signatures in their Mail Files via Tools–>Preferences–>Mail–>Signature (or File–>Preferences–>Mail–>Signature) and set their Signature there.
