Change Date format in Inbox

Hello everybody, this is the first time I post here so correct me if this item should be somewhere else.I have google it and I can not find how to do it, we want to change the Date format in the Inbox view from numeric to alpha-numeric, instead of 11-5-2009, to November-5-2009, or Tuesday 5th of November.

I found some instructions about how to add a new column modifying the template with lotus designer. But we are looking for something more like right click, enable this, disable that, free to go. In other words, we are looking for a GUI way to do it instead.

Any ideas or recommendation about how to change a view/field format without messing directly into the template design?

Or is there any response from development whatsoever regarding this issue?I appreciate your time to forward my request and for let me know it, nevertheless I’d like to know if we will have to wait for a service pack to include it or is there a way to do it that I am not aware of.

And then, so far we have to do it by modifying the template, am I right?
