Change color of unread in 8.0.2

Hi is there a tool to change the color of unread documents by user?

I know you can unpac the jar file, edit and repac it, but this is not praticable for users.

some users like to have differnt colors then other. so it can not be done by replacing the jar file.

I found a tool but it do not work on notes 8.0.2
