Users have demanded the ability to change case within a new mail memo while composing or in edit mode, reply or reply with history. They want to select text and change to either UpperCase, LowerCase, or ProperCase-just like in Word. Our IT Director has dictated this be made an option to all clients. 1) Is this possible? 2) If not, please define why not. 3) How to achieve this goal? Of course, the users do not want to hear “use/don’t use the Caps Lock”.
