Cgi application on Domino 6.5

I’m using software called EZSurvey to build a survey and publish it to the web. It has a pre-configured setting to push to a Domino server (puts it in the cgi-bin folder). Now when I try to access the html page, I receive:

Http Status Code: 500

Reason: Bad script request – no variation is executable

According to the people at EZSurvey, I had to set some individual file permissions but that didn’t fix the problem. Now they’re saying a config tool for Domino needs to be run on that directory but they don’t know what it is and we’re under the gun to get this working. When the end-user submits the html form, a .exe file is called to process the input. That’s the most information I have.

Can anyone be of help on this? I’m running out of time to get this operational. Thanks!

Subject: cgi application on Domino 6.5

Did you ever resolve this?We are trying to do exactly the same thing, install a search application that runs cgi in sub-directories.

But, it will not run the code in the sub-directories.

It will only run cgi in the root directory.

Thanks
