Certify Attached ID email

The email that is sent by a user to have their ID file recertified now has the Administrators Group already populated in the To field.

It used to be that the user had to choose an address from the public address book.

How do I change this back so the To field is left blank and the user has to choose an address from the public address book.

Subject: Certify Attached ID email

Go into the certificates view in the names.nsf on your admin server and for each certificate you have, edit and change the contact information. Remove the administrator group from the “Other Mail Address” field.
