Hi,
I am trying to do a fresh installation on a test server. The objective is to migrate from Domino 5.0.11 to Domino 6.5
I have the server id, cert id, administrator id and the names.nsf (ODS 41). During the installation the cert.id file is not accepting the password and hence not able to proceed with the installation. My cert.id is in International format and I am able to authenticate (check ID Properties)with the Administrator client.
How do I do a Domino installation on 6.5 with an International format Certifier Id?
Also, if I continue with a new installation and then resort to changing the names.nsf (after changing the ODS from 41 to 43 with R6 Administrator client on local client machine), server.id and admin id so as to give the same effect, my names.nsf does not reflect Journalling tab.
If the second option is resorted to, will I NOT be able to get all R6 features.
Please Help.
Note: I have tried the same on Windows NT and RedHatLinux.
