Doesn’t anyone have a tip where to look to enable these automatic emails to users again when they have stopped?
“WARNING: Your certificate issued to * by * will expire on *. Use the Mail Send User ID option to request a new certificate”
I believe it worked until we did an upgrade (probably to 8.0) a while back.

At the top of the forum, there should be a link at the top to “Support & Downloads”, “Support by product” then “Software”
On that page, there is a list of things towards the top middle/right with the heading “Software Support”. Click “Open service request”.
