I configured my CA to require a password…and when the CA process starts automatically (added to Notes.ini)…I have to manually have to enter the password…is there anyway to change the config of the CA to not require the password?..I just want the CA process to start without admin intervention.

Try this at the server console:
tell ca activate
At least that what it says in the help

That works…that is how i currently do it…but if the server ever restarts…the ca process will load but wait for me to manually type that in at the console…I just want the ca process to start automatically without my intervention.

You may have to remove the certificiate and re-add it. When you add it back just ensure you don’t check the checkbox for “Require password to activate”.
