I have been trying to contact CertFX for the last 2 weeks regarding their “Don’t Pass, Don’t Pay” guarantee. Their 1-888-923-7839 number has been “temporarily unavailable”. I get no response through the support contact.
I am finally preparing to take my 8.5 Upgrade exam. I purchased the LOT-956 exam from CertFX about 4 years ago after I passed my 7 upgrade and they had both 8 and 8.5 on special.
Today, as I’m back into the practice test, I discover an answer that is incorrect and wanted to make them aware of this. I try to visit their website, and get no response. On my iPad it reports “Service Unavailable. 504 Gateway Time-out - The web server is not responding.”
I reached out to one of the owners on LinkedIn, but haven’t had my request accepted yet. I’ve also searched “CertFX closed” (or out of business) and haven’t turned up anything.
Last year my company purchased a “volume” of 16 tests. I’ve only redeemed one of the codes. I’m trying to redeem another today so I can get my update exams done for “8”, and they appear to have dropped of the grid:
