I follow the instructions from the Domino server help but failed to create a site. I Opened the Resource Document but did not see the Add or New button to begin the process. Here is the instruction from the help menu:To create a Site Profile document

  1. Make sure that you have Manager access and the [CreateResource] role in the ACL of the Resource Reservations database.

  2. From the Domino Administrator, click the Files tab.

  3. From the Servers pane, select the server from which you want to work.

  4. Open the Resource Reservations database, and select any view except Calendar, My Reservations, and Reservations Waiting for Approval.

  5. Click New Site.

Question on item 3 - We have only one Domino server and I don’t see the ‘Servers’ pane.

Question on item 5 - I opened the Resource Reservation database but don’t see the ‘New Site’ tab or button.

Please help.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, I logged in as the Notes Admin and I check the ACL that the user does have the ‘CreateResource’ role. Any other thougt?

Did you try opening the Resource database from the Notes Client rather than from the Domino Administrator?

Thank you for the hint. I found that the logged user was not given the ‘Create Recource’ right. That part is ok now. However, I have a new problem, that is, I want to enable the resource database to receive email. I created a Mail-in database that point to the recource database file name (in the File name field at the Mail-in db creation diaglog, I input domserver/myRec.nsf.) I can see that folder listed in the Domino Directory and I pick it to the TO field and sent a test message. However, I don’t see the message at all when I open that database. How do I read the message that sent to the resource folder (resource db)? Please help.
