Hello.
I am using a scheduled agent that is sending emails to a group of people.
All Notes user are receiving the mail correctly.
“Other internet mail” users dont receive the mail. The router prints following error message:
“Error transferring to SMTPRELAY.T-ONLINE.DE; Cannot convert Notes Rich Text message to MIME message. Cannot convert Notes Rich Text message to MIME message”
When I am using the Notes client to send an email to an internet user, it works fine, but if the server has to do the conversion i always get this message.
Do you know the reason for this failure?

CONVERTER_LOG_LEVEL=40DebugMIMEConversion=1
the cd->mime converter should spew much more information about what’s happening during the conversion.

The field “Wrapp lines at X chars” was set to 0.
Default is 75.

Had same problem this morning on Domino 602CF1 and NT4 server. Spent hours searching the R5 and ND6 forums and trying various suggestions, all to no avail. In the end I uninstalled server software, cleared registry entries, then reinstalled 601 server from media disk, which fixed the problem, then applied the incr upgrade to 602CF1, still OK.
Our servers are probably getting upset by all the viruses and M$ security patches we are having to apply all the time.
