I just started at a new Company as domino Admin. The first thing I was hit was that when user send email to external users, and cc internal user, when the outside user reply to all, the cc address does not get converted correctly.
For example, if I send and email to carloshern@Gmail.com
and I cc Carlo hernandez, the reply get converted to Carlos_Hernandez/CCS@CCSMED.COM
I have check the domain convertion, and the server doc, everything appear to be correct.

What do you have in the Internet Address field in the Domino Directory Person document for Carlo Hernandez?

If you haven’t already read it, you might want to check out the section in the Admin Help database called:
Populating the Internet Address field in Person documents
If I remember correctly, if you don’t have this field filled in, then it will default to whatever you have set up in your global domain document.
