Has anybody got a proper fix for this? It used to be a problem in R5, and I see it still is in R6…
When opening a mail in the sent view the CC field does not display until the document is put into edit mode. I have played around with the field properties of EnterCopyTo to no avail.
I don’t really want a workaround - ie putting the document into edit mode etc.as my users are not very happy with this. Is there a proper solution?
