If you have a view that is categorized and you have some private documents, Notes will display a category to me even though I might not be able to read any of the documents in that category. Is there any way to set things up so that categories would only display when they contain documents that the user logged in is allowed to read? Thanks.

View properties dialog, “colour bars” tab – “Don’t show empty categories”. (In R5, it was “Don’t show categories having zero documents.”)
