Categories not showing for one user

I have a user who can normally see a given categorized view with its categories. Today, all she sees is an uncategorized view. Both her id and mine work fine on my pc. When using either on her’s, the category is a no-show.

She is using version 6 and I am 5.0.11. I don’t think this is the problem though as she has been using v6 for quite awhile.

Anyone else run across this?

Subject: Categories not showing for one user

Check view customization (an option in Notes 6 that you don’t have in R5). The user may have set a different preferred sort, or may have hidden the category column.

If the columns are sortable, check if the user has clicked on any of the column headers to sort.
