Catch Querystring-variable

HiI would like to catch the argument entered after my URL.

But It seems to that I missing something because I cant catch the Querystring, Its not a problem with other CGI-fields

I am using a form that contains all the necessary CGI-fields. In the HTMl-content I excute the agent as following, because I could not excute it from Webqueryopen, anybody why??.

_DB:=@ReplaceSubstring(@ReplaceSubstring(@Subset(@DbName; -1);" “;”+“);”\“;”/");

“<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" Content= "0; URL=/”+db+“/Agent">”

my agent print following lines.

Dim session As NotesSession

set session = New NotesSession

Dim doc As NotesDocument

Dim arg As String

Set doc = session.DocumentContext

Print "

IP address is " + _

doc.Remote_Addr(0) + “

”

Print "

Query_String is " + _

doc.Query_String_Decoded(0) + “

”

As I mention before I can receive all CGI-variable except the Querystring.

My url is as following:

http://server/db.nsf/test?openform&docid=2323

Any other suggestion to transfer Querystring to agent is appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Subject: Catch Querystring-variable

A WebQueryOpen agent can’t have any output like using Print. There is just nowhere that output can go. If you want to change the appearance of the document using a WQO, you have to change fields on the document itself.

Using a WQO, the agent can use all CGI fields defined on the form for the document, but since you are executing your agent separately, you have to pass it something in the URL, that the agent can get out of QueryString.
