Capture mail file data

Hi,

We have requirement to capture Calendar / Contact created or updated by user from Notes client , Webmail or Traveller. This data we want to send to our internal application for display.

What can be the best approach to achieve this functionality.

We are basically looking for capturing any contact created or updated or calendar meeting(they may be without any room) created / updated to be captured .

Otherwise you might have to write an app to pull data every so often from all of your user mailbox.
