I am wondering if anyone has come across this problem. I have a user using iNotes. When the user tries to compose an email she has an issue.
If she clicks on the TO: or does a lookup of someone in the To line and puts a name in there, she can’t type in the Subject line or the body of the email after that. She’ll place the cursor in there, but nothing happens when she tries to type.
Now I did fine a work around. After she chooses the name for the To line, if she clicks on the Font Type and changes it, she can then type in the subject line and the body.
She can also type in the Subject line and body BEFORE she chooses a names to send the email to.
Has anyone come across this and know how to fix it?
