Hi there!
We altered a person document to have mail forwarded to a different address while that person was on vacation. That person is back now, so we removed the forwarding in the person document and now both people are receiving the emails!!! I checked the person’s mailbox to see if they might have a rule that forwards emails, but this isn’t the case.
Any ideas?

on the users home mail server, do a “load updall names.nsf -r -t $users” to rebuild the users view and restart the router

Hi,I have had the same problem with some users here.
Cause:
User disabled the role within the preview pane - this doesn’t work. Maybe the user delete the role thereafter - more bad.
Solution:

Good luck!

Thanks Adreas! I found the answer in the link that you provided! I just applied the agent that they recommended, ran it and everything is back to normal now.
Much appreciated!

possibly the view did not update with the change. open the hidden ($Users) view in the DD. scroll to the right to the MailAddress column and see if there is still a value in that column.
