Can't ssh into the box after adding session required /lib/security/pam_limits.so

I am following the readme.pdf included with Domino 7.02.

Once I add ‘session required /lib/security/pam_limits.so’ to the /etc/pam.d/sshd I can no longer ssh into the box. It’s on page 102 of the readme. It’s related to adding software and hard limits for ulimit -n. I added the hard and soft limits to /etc/security/limits.conf.

Any ideas.
