I am creating a bookmark via LotusScript. Everything works, except that I cannot set the bookmark icon to be the icon of the db I am setting the bookmark for using the ImagesText property. All the Help indicates I must use a image resource from the Bookmark db. However, when I manually create a bookmark using drag and drop, it does get the db’s icon. I used NotesPeek to look at the settings for these, and they use $Icon, but when I use that, I get the default House icon. There appears to be something else set that knows to pick up the icon of the db the bookmark is for. I’ve checked all the forums and although others have asked the same question, still know answer (besides creating an image resource entry for the db icon, and copying it over using a hardcoded unid which is not acceptable or practical when this has to be dynamic for my purposes).
