Here’s a strange one. My servers are Win2003/Domino 655FP2 and iNotes template is V655 also. When any user sends attachments from any server using our Cisco VPN, the text of the message is delivered properly but the attachment is stripped and sent to the drafts folder in a blank memo(no recipients or subject or body text). If the users connect directly without passing through the Cisco VPN everything works as it should.Your help is appreciated.

I’m having a similar problem when my users connect through Aventail VPN. Lotus??

If anyone is interested, it turns out this problem is related to an incompatibility with some VPN products and ActiveX. You can fix it by disabling ActiveX completely from the server, under the Server Configuration Document → Domino Web Access tab → Other Settings section → Domino Web Access ActiveX file attachment utility field - set this to disabled. You will need to restart the HTTP task for this to take effect.
