When I try to use Reply, Forward, or start a new memo using DWA, the memo box opens but is completely blank. This only happens on PCs using Windows XP and does not happen on every XP PC. I can reply, send, etc., using DWA on my own XP PC, but if I log into a different one, I cannot. We are using IE version 6.028 and the security settings for both are the same. I have tried checking to see if the XP permissions make a difference, but it doesn’t seem that they do.
