Can't receive emails but can send out emails

I Can’t receive emails but can send out emails.

then my helpdesk went to create a copy and then i saw the server is downloading the emails, but due to the large number of emails, and that my disk space is at its minimum of 3 GB, the whole system went unstable and hang.

so i force shut down the notes.

what should i do now ? i can’t receive emails.
