All the time I press Lotus notes icon on my desktop, nothing happens. Just sand-clock apears next to cursor and thats it. Is there any problem with Lotus Notes? Do I need to reinstall the program, or is there other problem?
Thanks for the answer.

Subject: Hi
Did you ever get to start the program? If happens every once in a while, google killnotes.exe. It’s just a small program that wiill shutdown notes processes and that should help.
If you never run the client successfully then it could be a lot of things.
If you run the programa notes.exe from the program directory, does it run? Do you have the file notes.ini?
I would reinstall just to be sure.

The command line above may or may not remove the lock file so make sure you look for the after the command line run
