HI,I’m trying to install Symantec Mail Security 4.1. I have everything installed except BrightMail Domino Agent. This agent supposes to put all spam mails to user spam folder.
When I run this database (Folder_agent.nsf). It said “you are not authorized to perform that operation”. I suspect that I dont’ have the manager access to the Mail6 template. I use the admin account and add admin name to security tab (Created Master Template)in Server document. Still couldn’t get it to work. So I try to open this template with Domino designer and it gives me “insufficient right”
Hope this question make sense.
