Can't launch Designer - Platform Command Processor has encountered a problem

I can’t launch designer.

I even tried to use the install shield “Repair” option.

The designer opens to a white screen with the following error

Before this happen I did install a few notes client sidebar plugins that is working fine
I have tried to reset perspectives, open another perspective nothing works

Any ideas how I can get up and running again.
