Can't download IBM Lotus Notes, Designer and Domino Admin 8.5.1 for Windows 32 bit English (CZ5S0EN)

Anyone else having problems downloading “IBM Lotus Notes, Designer and Domino Admin 8.5.1 for Windows 32 bit English (CZ5S0EN)”?

I’ve been trying for half an hour now and the download won’t start from the Passport Advantage website.

I was able to download the 8.5.1 server, release notes, and quick start guide, but not the client.

Subject: I downloaded it around 4pm EDT yesterday without issue…

  • I didn’t see a server in the list, however. Where did you find that? I’ll go look again, now I know it’s there. Maybe I’ll hit this download deal as well (grin)…

EDIT:

Found the server just fine today. Getting 1.5Mbits download, right now, same speed as yesterday.

Subject: Change to HTTP download

It was necessary for me to change to HTTP downloads in order to grab it. Otherwise, I had a whole host of issues…the Download Manager window would not open and I’d get logged out of Passport Advantage to boot.

I also switched to HTTP and was able to get a good download.
