Hi Everyone, I have a user that gets the following message: "The document could not be deleted beacuse you currently have the same document open in the Preview Pane.
The open document will be closed so it can be deleted from the current view."
Even with only the e-mail open and nothing else open some e-mails display this error when she trys to delete it. It isnt all mail, probably 1 in 10.
Can anyone shed any light on it?

Then delete the document

Try playing with the Preview Pane. I’ve seen it a few times when it didn’t look like it was being used, but was actually open by a couple of pixels. Drag it up to make it big and then turn it off, and see if this solves your problem.

the preview pane was indeed made very very small. Once I turned it off all was well again. Thanks for the help.
