Hi! I dont know what happend, but I am so surprised.
I have a form called “Page” who has 5 subforms (for the header, left menu, content, foot…). Two of them, have an embeded view, concretly left menu and content subform. The problem is that when I use the previous view of form “Page”, only the embeded view from left menu subform is opened. The other one doesn’t appear.
Does it mean that only one embeded view can be used by one form? There is no way to fix this?
Thanks!

On the web you can only display a single embedded view that uses HTML on a form
Do a search around the forum, you may find solutions, but basically what you’re trying is not possible, no

I don’t know why you can’t see both embedded views, but I have forms in my databases with multiple embedded views, so I can tell you for a fact that I know it is possible.
I guess I would question why you are doing this with a form and not with a frameset. I think a frameset would better serve what I think you are trying to do (especially if say, your first view would change what you see on the form if a certain document is selected.)

Remove the inserted subform which you cannot see and Check the place on form, where you embedded the subform, has any “Hide when” selected. If so remove and re-insert the subform and see if that solves the issue.

Well, I have checked if there is any “Hide when”, but not. Even If I use the same subform twice, the second one doesnt appear. Look:
The main form I use:

Here is left menu subform. You can see what it shows:

And here is the main form preview. As you can see, second embeded view is not shown:

The two copies of left menu subform have the same properties, and if one of them can be shown, the other one should be too… shouldnt it?
Nevertheless, I found this in Lotus Documentation:
“Likewise, the view opening will not be allowed if there exist lists of access of reading or writing in a form with embeded views.”
Do you think is it relationed?
Thanks you very much.
