Guys, Im new to Lotus Notes what is the possible problem if we can’t access our Webmail outside. Inside using intranet i can open the webmail but using internet the page cannot open. I already access webmail in the past months but the problem occur only last week. Please help me!

Sounds like a firewall change rather than a notes issue.
I woul check with your network guys to see if they’ve been naughty
