Cannot Update Mail Database Preferences

I get an “Notes Error: You are not authorized to perform that operation” error when I click “OK” on my Mail Preferences window. This is a server copy of my mail file and I have Manager access to my database. I have refreshed the design which yielded no results. My changes are saved when I modify any of the prefences but I still get this error, regardless of what view I am in.

Any ideas?

Yep, seen this also…Strange, at first I thought it was related to a user’s public cert, but after updating all that, the user still can’t change the settings…
