Cannot switch off 'send copy to' mail rule

I have a user who had created a mail rule to send a copy of his mail to another user in his absence. Now he a has returned to work, disabled the mail rule but mail is still being copied to the other user.

We deleted the mail rule from his client but still the mail is sending a copy to the other user.

I have now recreated the mail rule and disabled it again.

Still no joy!

Any ideas!!

Subject: Cannot switch off ‘send copy to’ mail rule

Try changing the action to something like ‘move to inbox folder’… or deleting the calender profile doc
