I installed the server successfully but am running into errors trying to start the server to perform the initial (remote) setup. This is on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 6.4 on System Z.
The errors I’m seeing:
/opt/ibm/domino/bin/server -listen
/opt/ibm/domino/bin/server: line 536: 7732 Illegal instruction “${ProdRevArchDir}/tunekrnl” “-v”
/opt/ibm/domino/bin/server: line 992: 7740 Illegal instruction (core dumped) “${ToRun}” “$@”
Any help would be appreciated.
Subject: Are you using a z10 processor?
That is a requirement for Domino 9.

Subject: Running on z9
Thanks Chad. We are on z9 and are planning on migrating to z10. Our current Domino is running on zOS and was trying to verify if it works on a Linux on Z environment. I guess I’ll have to wait for the z10.
