Dear All,I have following problem on some users input Chinese/Japanese character on email content. However, others have no problem on the character! Those problem users have on common thing that all set forwroding address on person document. Below are error messages captured!

Error On Delivery Failure Report because
Error transferring to email.AINTA.KKK; Cannot convert Notes Rich Text message
to MIME message. Cannot convert Notes Rich Text message to MIME message.
Any advice on setting or solution!
